it was ok the bathroom flush was not working properly

The breakfast good and hotel location as well. At the beginning of my stay I had my room on the second floor with ''music'' coming from underneath bar until 02:30 am. I was asked to change the room which eventually happened and moved by one floor above-mentioned and room was quiet. All the rest was fine.

Staff is amazing. The hotel has airport pick up great services. Although the hotel is not renovated, the employees hospitality is overwhelming. The size of the suite/room booked is very spacious. Special thanks to General Manager, Mr Sujith Raj, for the warm welcoming and the followup done during my stay. The hotel has more than four clubs in the premises where you can have a lot of fun.

Hotel services , flexible rebooking , private parking and thanks to Nana the hotel security offered my car to park at the lobby downstair for loading my stuff..

the staff are friendly very helpful especially all the front desk/receptionist very kind and organized, accommodating. the hotel itself is very nice the facilities specially the club inside of it are amazing. looking forward to stay again here in the future.
